International Rail Australasia is located in Melbourne, Australia. The processing of orders is based on local time.
- Most orders placed before 3pm (needing no further attention) will be sent out the same working day.
- Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
- Orders placed over weekends or during public holidays (which affect Melbourne) will be processed the next business day.
- If you choose to advise a post office box, documents will not be sent by courier. They will be sent by Express Post. International Rail Australasia can not guarantee delivery or trace the whereabouts of Express post and therefore will not take responsibility for lost or stolen documentation.
- Lost or stolen documentation can not be replaced or reprinted. Therefore replacement tickets will need to be purchased by the customer.
- It is advisable to provide a business address where possible so that that the courier may obtain a signature as proof of delivery.
- If a residential address has been advised, the documentation will be left in the letter box or in the safest possible place.
